Stain/Glaze
Aesthetic Kit/Basic Kit/Gum Kit
High Aesthetics
To replicate natural dentition with superior esthetics, GERNIN introduces the Stain/Glaze kit, specially developed for CAD/CAM all-ceramic restorations. It enables dental technicians to finish restorations quickly and easily, achieving results that closely resemble natural teeth.
This upgraded set combines 2D paste colors with 3D paste effects, allowing flexible mixing to maximize the natural aesthetic outcome.
Stain/Glaze
Simple to Use
Why choose GERNIN Stain/Glaze?
All-in-One Solution
The GERNIN Stain/Glaze Paste replaces the need for multiple external dyes, as it is compatible with various manufacturers and types of ceramic restorations. No separate preparation of different dyes is required.
Easy to Use
The paste follows the same simple steps as traditional stain and glaze. Containing fine ceramic powder particles, it delivers results comparable to porcelain crowns. Its high translucency and fluorescence ensure restorations reflect the natural optical properties of real teeth.
Aesthetics
The 3D paste incorporates larger ceramic particles with excellent anti-collapse performance, requiring only a small amount to reproduce natural surface textures. At the same time, its higher strength provides superior wear resistance for long-lasting results.
Processing Tips
Low-temperature powder can be mixed with GERNIN Glaze-F to create a special paste. If the mixture is too thick, simply add Coloring Liquid 1 to adjust consistency.
To prepare a custom-colored 3D paste, mix the powder with GERNIN 3D Natural, then add Coloring Liquid 2 as needed for smoother handling.
The 3D paste can be applied to all surfaces of ceramic crowns. Containing porcelain powder, it increases thickness after sintering, making it suitable for enhancing occlusal contact areas, abutment surfaces, and incisal length.
When performing micro-cutting on full crowns, the 3D paste can be directly applied after dyeing, achieving effects comparable to porcelain build-ups.
For brightness control after sintering:
- Lower the sintering temperature to 715℃ to reduce surface gloss.
- Increase the sintering temperature to 750℃ to enhance surface gloss.
Alternatively, brightness can also be adjusted by manual polishing after glazing.
